AUGA group has become a corporate member of Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG). BICG has the agenda for corporate governance development in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, it disseminates knowledge about best practices of corporate governance and promotes adoption of best corporate governance practices among the Baltic region companies.
