Parsnips are very versatile and can be eaten raw, cooked, fried or marinated.
Our parsnips are grown without chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. For preparing the soil, we use the most advanced machinery. Since parsnips are a seasonal vegetable, we do not store them long term. We carefully select each parsnip and transport them to supermarkets immediately after packing, thereby maintaining their freshness and excellent taste.
