Crispy Chickpeas with Christmas Spices
- 1 pack of canned chickpeas AUGA
- 1 tbs rapeseed oil AUGA
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground cumin
- A pinch of ground bell pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of ground ginger
- A pinch of garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees of temperature.
- Dry chickpeas with paper towels.
- Mix the chickpeas with oil and spices in a bowl so that everything is evenly covered.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
