Crispy Chickpeas with Christmas Spices


  • 1 pack of canned chickpeas AUGA
  • 1 tbs rapeseed oil AUGA
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of ground cumin
  • A pinch of ground bell pepper
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • A pinch of garlic powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees of temperature.
  2. Dry chickpeas with paper towels.
  3. Mix the chickpeas with oil and spices in a bowl so that everything is evenly covered.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
